Look at me and tell me,
What do you see?
Do you see what I see
When I gaze into the mirror?
I see a man who loves you
With all he has inside.
Someone who hurts for you,
Who smiles when he sees
The love in your eyes.

Look at me and tell me,
What do you feel?
Is it possible that you
Could feel as I do?
I feel as though God
Touched my life when He sent you,
And I thank Him daily
For the gift of your love,
The  beauty of you in my life.

Look at me and tell me,
Do you know what I do?
That what we have between us
Is a rare and beautiful thing?
Feelings such as we share
Come once in a lifetime.
They are difficult to handle
And hard to walk away from.
They should be treasured.

Look at me and tell me,
Do you want what I do?
A life of love together
Sharing things between us?
Dreaming, wishing, caring,
Two people living life
As one, yet still as two,
Knowing that even while apart
We will always be together.

Look at me and tell me,
Are your dreams mine too?
Is this life of which I dream
My wish only or yours also?
I wish I could see
Into the window of your heart
And find the answers I seek.
But for now I must be content
To let you look inside of me.
